Several people are hovering in the ambit of luxury hotels and surrendering their



dreams before their little coffers. I saw several people of such type before some



years, however, now their dreams could be fulfilled through the room rents



available in the  heart of main cities link London, Birmingham, and Manchester etc



by spending little money.



Recently, I have purchased an apartment in a borough of central London where I



have three rooms, a kitchen, dining hall, and attached bathroom with each room.



As I am living alone but I hate secluded life therefore, I resorted toward starting



renting the rooms on cheap prices that could be affordable for the persons who



wanted to enjoy in less money. Now I am the source of fulfillment of dreams for



many middle class families because I have various means to serve my incoming



customers according to their demands and their money.



The strategy which I have devised for the customers is sharing of the apartments



on the demand of people. Room sharing is the option in which we can save our



money which is the otherwise difficult. Room sharing provides a place like heaven



for the people who are demoralized from the routine life. It also respects the



customers’ privacy and security and provides all fundamental facilities in no time.



Share housing is an increasingly popular household model for people in developed



and developing countries as a result of a variety of economic and social changes



such as the declining affordability of home ownership and delayed in business



development. It is good to have luxury facilities and more enjoyment for people in



little money. Flat share or house sharing is one of that technique in which jittery



people would get more enjoyment in less money.



Last year, I had started sharing the apartments and up till now I have earned



healthy money in this brief period.  Several people are contacting me every month



and I have to put on hold many of them because of immense demands for getting



my apartment. Last month I shared my apartment to a couple for honey moon who



were foreigners and wanted to enjoy the beauty of London in affordable price.



Therefore, they contacted me and fulfilled their dream.
